Recipe video on top of. a fantastic fast and simple thanks to provide malformation - cooked then simmered within the most superb honey aioli sauce. do not be deceived by the short ingredient list! It's fully well worth the additional step of dusting the chicken with flour as a result of it creates a crust for the sauce to hold.
Ingredients
500 g / one avoirdupois unit malformation , deboned and skinless (2 pieces)
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup / 60g flour (Note 1)
50 g / 3.5 tbsp unseasoned butter (or a pair of 1/2 tbsp olive oil)
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 one/2 tbsp acetum (or white or alternative clear vinegar)
1 tbsp light-weight condiment (or all purpose, Note 2)
1/3 cup / 90g honey (or maple syrup)
Instructions
- Cut the breasts in [*fr1] horizontally to form four steaks in total. Sprinkle either side with salt and pepper.
- Place flour in an exceedingly shallow dish. Coat chicken in flour and shake off excess.
- Melt most of the butter in an exceedingly giant pan over high heat - wait and see regarding one tsp for later.
- Place chicken in pan and cook for two - three minutes till golden.
- Turn and cook the opposite aspect for one minute.
- Turn heat down slightly to medium high.
- Make a small amount of space within the pan and add garlic and prime with remaining dab of butter. Stir garlic in short once butter melts.
- Add vinegar, condiment and honey. Stir / shake pan to mix. Bring sauce to simmer, then simmer for one minute or till slightly thickened.
- Turn chicken to coat in sauce. If the sauce gets too thick, add slightly of water and stir.
- Remove from stove right away. Place chicken on plates and drizzle over remaining sauce.
