INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup cheese
1/3 cup almond flour
2 eggs massive
2 tbsp tasteless butter
3 slices bacon well-done

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Melt the cut cheese & add the almond flour. Stir till well-combined. Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper.
  2. Scramble the eggs in butter and lay them with bacon slices on the middle of the dough.
  3. Fold over and seal the dough. Add some holes on the dough surface employing a fork. This helps unleash the steam whereas baking.
