ingredients

2 tablespoons Butter

1/ eight Cup White Onion

1/2 teaspoon Garlic, finely minced

2 Cups broth

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 Cup Broccoli, cut into bite size items

1 Tablespoon cheese

1/4 Cup serious cream

1 Cup cheese Cheese; sliced

2 Slices Bacon; steamed and fragmented (Optional)

1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, for thickening)

instructions


  1. In massive pot, saute onion and garlic with butter over medium heat till onions ar softened and clear.
  2. Add broth and broccoli to pot.Cook broccoli till tender. Add salt, pepper and desired seasoning.
  3. Place cheese in little bowl and warmth in microwave for ~30 seconds till soft and simply stirred.
  4. Stir serious cream and cheese into soup; bring back a boil.
  5. Turn off heat and quickly stir in store cheese.
  6. Stir in xanthan gum, if desired. enable to thicken.
  7. Serve hot with bacon crumbles (optional)
