1 Cup cheese Cheese; sliced
2 Slices Bacon; steamed and fragmented (Optional)
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, for thickening)

instructions
- In massive pot, saute onion and garlic with butter over medium heat till onions ar softened and clear.
- Add broth and broccoli to pot.Cook broccoli till tender. Add salt, pepper and desired seasoning.
- Place cheese in little bowl and warmth in microwave for ~30 seconds till soft and simply stirred.
- Stir serious cream and cheese into soup; bring back a boil.
- Turn off heat and quickly stir in store cheese.
- Stir in xanthan gum, if desired. enable to thicken.
- Serve hot with bacon crumbles (optional)
