This Keto White Chicken Chili is an incredible food for the dynamic seasons. It’s filling, tasty and might simply be a crockpot/freezer meal!

instructions
- In giant pot, season chicken with cumin, oregano, cayenne, salt and pepper
- Sear either side over medium heat till golden
- Add broth to pot, cowl and cook chicken for 15-20 minutes or till totally boiled
- While chicken is preparation, soften butter in medium cooking pan
- Add chiles, diced jalapeno, sweet pepper and onion to cooking pan and saute till veggies soften
- Add minced garlic and saute extra thirty seconds and switch off heat, set aside
- Once chicken is totally boiled, shred with fork and add into broth
- Add cooked veggies to pot with chicken and broth and simmer for ten minutes
- In medium bowl, soften cheese in microwave till you'll stir it (~20 sec)
- Mix cheese with serious light whipping cream
- Stirring quickly, add mixture into pot with chicken and veggies
- Simmer extra quarter-hour
- Serve with favorite toppings such as: pepper jack cheese, avocado slices, cilantro, sour cream
