Low Carb Chili


Super straightforward to create and filled with the classic chili flavor you like.

Ingredients
1.25 pound hamburger
8 oz fixings
1 one/2 tomatoes cut
1 red bell pepper cut
2/4 cup onion cut
2 celery sticks cut
1 one/2 teaspoons cumin
1 one/2 teaspoon flavouring
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 one/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup water add additional if required

Instructions

  1. Brown meat in fry pan. Once virtually finished, drain off fat and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt over meat.
  2. Add onions and peppers to pan and still cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine parched meat, onions, peppers, tomatoes, celery, water, and fixings in giant pot.
  4. Stir spices into pot. waken boil, then scale back heat to low-medium and let simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring each half-hour some.
