A Triple berry kiwi smoothie that is jam-choked with antioxidants and vitamin C. good for the winter months!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 kiwifruit bare-assed and sliced
1 cup fruit juice
Instructions
Place the frozen berries within the liquidiser and allow them to thaw for regarding ten minutes.
Add the kiwifruit and also the fruit juice and mix on high till swish.
Top with additional kiwi or berries if desired.
