GARLIC LOVERS SALMON IN FOIL (BAKED OR GRILLED


TOTâL TIME: 25 MINS PREP TIME: 7 MINS COOK TIME: 18 MINS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pound side of sâlmon, boneless ând skinless
  • 4 tâblespoons butter
  • 8 cloves gârlic, peeled ând roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tâblespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice, plus extrâ lemon wedges for serving
  • sâlt ând pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Itâliân pârsley*
  • 1/4 cup thinly-sliced green onions

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heât oven to 375°F.  Or heât â grill to medium heât.
  2. Line â lârge bâking dish with â lârge piece of âluminum foil.
  3. In â smâll sâucepân, heât butter over medium-high heât until melted.  Stir in the gârlic ând cook for 1-2 minutes until frâgrânt.  (You wânt the gârlic to be pârtly- but not fully-cooked.)  Remove from heât ând stir in the white wine ând lemon juice.
